Twin Trading delivers an efficient and comprehensive supply chain service to customers in Europe, the USA and Asia. This is based around core services such as quality control, logistics, price risk management and finance.
Trading on a fair and sustainable basis from smallholder organisations requires a range of skills beyond core trading services. Our coffee trading team works side by side with our parent organisation’s Producer Partnership Programme to give us a unique insight into the realities of life as a farmer at origin.
We pride ourselves on our knowledge of coffee qualities from the origins where we work. Our traders travel regularly to cup with counterparts at producer organisations. In addition to regular quality control activities we invest time in participating in quality competitions around the world.
