Matt Horsbrugh, Head of Trading Matt has been Head of Trading at Twin Trading since early 2010 and has been with the company since 2007. He has been trading coffee for over 10 years and has substantial experience dealing in sustainable coffee supply chains from smallholders, particularly from Latin American origins. Prior to working in coffee Matt worked as a business writer and researcher. |

Cesareo Palomares, Quality Officer Cesareo joined Twin in February 2011. He spends most of his time preparing cuppings and liaising with producers and clients. He provides feedback to the producer organisations on the quality of their coffee. As a biochemist, this new experience in coffee and fair trade helps him understand the difficulties faced by developing countries. |

Joanna Lawson, Trader / Q Grader Joanna started with Twin Trading in 2008 in the lab, roasting samples and preparing cuppings. Her role developed to include logistics administration and quality management workshops for the Producer Partnership department. In early 2010 she moved into trading and began to travel more regularly to origin. Jo is a certified Q grader and manages the annual Q course in London. She enjoys judging and has served on panels for the National Coffee Competition in Peru, and the Brewers Cup in the UK. |

Nicola Bunting, Logistics Manager Nicola started working with Twin Trading in 2010. She previously worked for Equal Exchange UK and so has a background in the ethical food and beverage sector. She is now enjoying learning about the coffee industry and the programmes and relationships that Twin has with its producer partners. |

John Weaver, Senior Trading Manager John has been in the coffee business most of his working life, joining Twin Trading in 1996. He has travelled extensively in the world’s coffee growing regions and during his time at Twin has worked in many different aspects of the business. Most recently he has gone back to his roots and is once again trading green coffee to roaster and trader buyers worldwide. |
