Cenfrocafé

Cenfrocafe, in Jaén, Peru, is a second-level producer organisation with 86 cooperative members representing 2,000 smallholder coffee farmers. Cenfrocafe’s main activities include coffee trading, organisational strengthening, technical assistance and capacity building.

Chirinos

Pangoa

Pangoa is a dynamic cooperative with a strong management team which supports its members through education programmes, technical assistance and credit services, and an advanced gender programme.

San Juan del Oro

San Juan del Oro was the first ever coffee cooperative in Peru, founded in 1961. Their 940 members are migrants from the highlands and of Quechua and Aimara indigenous descent.

UNICAFEC

UNICAFEC has invested Fairtrade premiums in building an office, cupping lab, fertilizer warehouse and drying machine fuelled sustainably by coffee husks.
