Twin is a pioneering fair trade organisation celebrating its 25th year of working with smallholders to strengthen their position in value chains. Twin has an exciting opportunity for someone as enthusiastic about smallholders, sustainability and the positive role that trade can play in facilitating sustainable development as we are. Many of our partners are experiencing diminishing or volatile yields and insecurity as a result of climatic change. We believe the necessary response to be multi-dimensional and require multi-stakeholder solutions. To assist us in this we are looking to recruit an individual for an initial period of 12-months to strengthen our knowledge and understanding of natural resource dimensions of sustainability and help develop innovative and appropriate responses to the challenges and opportunities our partners face. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic person who can work well with our diverse range of staff, associates and producers and who has the ability to listen and be creative as well as travel occasionally.
