The service is based on written correspondence – emails and faxes.
It is available in English and Spanish.
The service is a paying service, focussed on annual membership, and includes:

1) 10 Queries per year to the Advisory Service

2) Subscription to the Twin Organic Bulletin (six issues per year, bi-monthly)

3) Access to ‘Frequently Asked Question’ Sheets

4) Access to a certifier database
